There are around 200 people working for the POOLgroup. They are motivated, committed and work arduously on every project. Many of the staff have been with the company for years and some even for decades. Lots of them started their exciting careers with us and have continued to develop here. Education and training play a vital role in the company and we invest a six-figure sum in this area every year. The POOLgroup – a fresh company with long tradition. It originated with a network of companies, which worked under their own names for many years: Westfalen Sound, The Light Concept, MS Video and Trend Event.
