Five young adults began their education at POOLgroup on August, 1st, 2009. Chris Riede, Michael von Lüpke and Hans Griesemann will become “Specialists for Event Technology” – the latter with special focus on POOLpicture, the remaining two on POOLsound.

For the first time commercial education

For the first time POOLgroup offers the possibility for two trainees to become Event Manager: Jana Glaßmeyer and Larissa Neuschildkamp.

POOLgroup actively involved in the promotion of young talents

Birgit Bleister, qualified and educated Event Manager, as well as Assistant Managing Director, already focuses on future training years. On the occasion of the “Week of Education” she reports on education at POOLgroup in front of pupils of Gymnasium Martinum, Emsdetten, at the beginning of September 2009 .

Upper school classes of Gymnasium Martinum have already repeatedly been invited to a guided company tour at POOL. Also pupils of the “Wirtschaftsschule Emsdetten” have been invited to POOLgroup. POOLgroup maintains a close cooperation with this school within the initiative “School meets Industry” - a further example for local commitment as one of POOLgroup’s top priorities.
