Learning is an ongoing challenge

In an industry that is as exciting and fast-moving as the event management industry, things change, and fast. Here, our trained and longstanding staff also need to stay on the ball to keep their knowledge at a high level. For our team, this means that what they once learnt does not last for long.

Further training is indispensable for us. This is why we do a lot in this area too. As such, seminars take place all year round, at which – for example – new equipment is presented and explained. We also provide English courses, as good language skills are essential for a company such as ours, working on an international level. Alongside in-house trainers, we also frequently invite external experts to pass on their know-how to our people. They must be willing to continue to study and update their knowledge. To this end, we provide intensive support for our employees and invest a six-figure sum in the POOLgroup – every year.
