Workshops, conferences and seminars are important events and, for us, a special form of direct communication with our customers.

Our conference and training centre in Emsdetten offers the optimum conditions. It is easily accessible from the motorway or by plane, and offers the ideal space, combined with complete technical fittings of the highest standard. Moreover, it is equipped with the latest conference technology, and we are happy to provide all the other services you may require for your training or conference.
All three conference rooms have air conditioning or natural ventilation options, ISDN and DSL connections, daylight and blackout options, a sound system with wireless microphones and a media control unit.

Even in terms of conference technology, our premises leave nothing to be desired. This is ensured with LCD video and data projectors (3000 ANSI lumen) and screen, a media module with a computer, DVD player, cassette deck, VHS video recorder or internet connection. The direct feed of your own sound, image and data material is also possible and we are set up for various formats/standards (PC, MAC). One of the rooms also has a video conferencing system.

You can hire out individual rooms or the entire area. With equipment too if required (even with staff if need be); all tailored to suit your needs. Two of the conference rooms are separated by a system of partition walls. Combining both rooms creates a conference room comprising a space of 10 x 5 m. In addition, it is also possible to use the foyer as well as our conservatory – on request – for coffee breaks, a reception or something similar. We are also happy to organise catering on your behalf.
