In our own workshops, we ensure that the equipment is maintained and cared for in the best possible way, and that every piece of equipment is always in tiptop condition. Faulty products only leave our building for checking by the manufacturer in guarantee cases. Otherwise, we prefer to rely on our own staff.

All production employees are required to identify defective equipment immediately and forward it to the workshop with detailed information. Here, experienced experts attend to the faults and rectify the damage immediately.

Only well-maintained equipment can form the basis for optimum quality. In addition, this means that we are able to resell the equipment under favourable conditions after a certain period. Over the equipment lifetime with us, we also carry this resale value through into our rental fees. As a result, care and maintenance pay off twice – for us and for our customers.

Creativity is also required in our workshops. For here, we don't just undertake repairs; we also develop products. Existing systems are often capable of being improved, as their use in practice demonstrates. In other cases, there simply aren't any ideal solutions that are readily available. In cases like these, our workshop staff do their own pioneering work.

Even our workshop has a very good reputation. In the past, some manufacturers have benefited from the high level of competence of our workshop and we are extremely proud of this.
