In an area of around 4,000 m2, our warehouse in Emsdetten contains the most comprehensive stock of events equipment in Germany. Even just the crossbeams stored here would produce a length of around 2 kilometres when laid together.

As experience has long shown, the quality of an event is already significantly determined by the technical preparation – and this begins in the warehouse of the service provider. The logistical performance in the provision of the material determines the level of professionalism with which the event can be executed.


For all events, the compatibility of the equipment used and the existing facilities is equally as important as the electrical or television technology standards in the individual countries. These are all things to which good consideration must given in advance, as everything on site can work only if the right equipment is sent.

In addition to the technology, we are also happy to look after the configuration and design; from hall decoration through stage design to outside lighting or even high quality conference furniture that has been used even for meetings between heads of state. For this too, we are able to draw on a large stock of equipment in our warehouse and to adapt the individual elements appropriately for the event. Ultimately, every event from us is unique.

Our central warehouse is equipped with a high quality ERP system. This ensures short lead times as well as synergies and efficiency, which we can then pass on in our prices. Our service is therefore not only good but also cheap for our customers.

For transport purposes, we have a modern vehicle fleet with our own logistics centre. Alongside selection of the suitable mode of transport such as the air-sprung lorry for vibration-sensitive equipment, customs formalities and international air cargo are also handled here. This is therefore an all-round service ensuring that everything arrives intact – on the water, in the air, and on the roads of the world.
